Find a licensed contractor

To find licensed contractors within the State of Minnesota, you can use the Department of Labor and Industry's online registration search. 

Permit Information

To file permits that require a plan review, email inspections@chaskamn.gov with PDF versions of the application and corresponding plans. If you are applying for a building permit and doing the work yourself, you will also need to submit a Homeowner Waiver Form with your application.

Inspection Information

The permit holder is responsible for scheduling all inspections with the City of Chaska. Inspections can be scheduled by calling 952-448-9395 or emailing inspections@chaskamn.gov.
