The City of Chaska has partnered with Community Action Partnership of Scott, Carver and Dakota Counties (CAP), Carver County, and St. John's Lutheran Church to bring monthly free food distributions to Chaska.

Food distribution schedule for January thru June 2026 (rest of schedule will be shared when it is confirmed):

  • Thursday, January 22 (Canceled due to extreme cold temperatures)
  • Thursday, February 19
  • Thursday, March 19
  • Thursday, April 16
  • Thursday, May 21
  • Thursday, June 18

All food distributions are from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the old Gedney factory at 2100 Stoughton Ave, Chaska MN 55318. 

These are drive-thru events with volunteers that load the food into your car. Everyone is welcome.
