It’s your future home or project, laid out in real space so you can feel what works and what doesn’t.
Can you tell us the story behind Walk Your Plans? What inspired you to start it?
Like most, we saw it on social media first. Instantly, we knew we needed to bring it to MN. With decades of residential real estate experience between us, we noticed that homeowners often made costly changes during construction—issues that could have been identified much earlier if they had been able to physically experience their plans. A hallway that felt too tight. A living room that didn’t flow. Windows in the wrong spot. These aren’t small tweaks; they’re expensive headaches.
This tool would help eliminate homeowners saying, “I wish we had known…” after the build was already underway. That’s how Walk Your Plans MN was born—turning what was once guesswork into confidence.
What can a customer expect when they walk into one of your floor plan experiences?
They can expect to be blown away. We project their floor plan at a true-to-life scale inside our space. Clients literally walk through their future home—standing in the kitchen, testing out sightlines, even pacing the distance between the mudroom and garage.

What’s one common change people make in home design that Walk Your Plans helps them catch?
Hallways and door placements are big ones. On paper, a three-foot hallway looks fine. In reality? You walk it and realize it feels cramped. Same with doors swinging into each other or a window that looks perfect in CAD but is awkward when you actually stand there.
