Sleep Talk 

Viverant Physical Therapy is offering a presentation on why we sleep and understanding the importance of improving sleep quality as we age.  Investigate how poor sleeping habits can impact your health and well-being.  Discussion includes simple interventions and changes that you can implement that night to begin the process of improving sleep quality.  Please pre-register by calling 952.448.2023.
