Accepted 2024 Annual Financial Reports
City staff has completed work with the City’s independent auditor on annual audits and financial reports for 2024.
This was the City’s first year working with CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP (CLA). Representing CLA, Christopher and Ezra presented the reports to the Council.

Authorized Letter of Intent for TIF Assistance for EDCO Project
The Council authorized the execution of the letter of intent for Tax Increment Financing (TIF) assistance for the EDCO project. This will help make construction financially feasible.
The construction of EDCO’s headquarters supports continued industrial development in the SW Chaska Business Park. EDCO’s new headquarters facility will significantly expand the local tax base and generate new industrial jobs within the community.
